Accepted Payment Methods We accept payments securely through Stripe, which supports major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other payment methods available through Stripe at checkout.

Currency All prices on vivisy.uk are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Payment Security All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. We do not store your full card details on our servers — your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe.

When You're Charged Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed.

Payment Issues If your payment is declined, please check with your card issuer or try an alternative payment method. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us at support@vivisy.uk with your order details and we'll look into it right away.
